Overview

OrbitLister provides product-research, listing, order-management, and related seller tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information OrbitLister processes, why it is used, when it may be shared with service providers, and the choices available to users. It also describes the data practices of the OrbitLister — Research & Fulfillment Chrome extension.

Chrome extension data

The OrbitLister Chrome extension operates on supported Amazon pages and the OrbitLister web application for product research, import and user-authorized order fulfillment. During a research run, it may read product title, URL, ASIN, price, brand, seller, rating, review count, image URLs, dimensions and other product specifications. It stores research progress, run identifiers and pending product batches so interrupted work can resume without duplicate imports.

When a seller starts browser fulfillment, the extension processes the buyer's name, shipping address and saved delivery contact phone, the exact product and quantity, checkout prices and totals, order and receipt identifiers, delivery estimates and shipment tracking. Relevant delivery information is entered into Amazon checkout. Confirmation and shipment evidence is sent to the seller's authenticated OrbitLister workspace to verify purchases, apply saved cost limits, update eBay and send enabled buyer updates. Workflow identifiers and checkout recovery state are stored locally in Chrome; purchase, shipment and recovery records are also retained in OrbitLister.

The extension does not collect unrelated browsing history, health information, personal communications, keystrokes or precise device location. Amazon sign-in and payment entry stay on Amazon: the extension does not ask for or store Amazon passwords, full payment-card details or two-factor authentication secrets. It does process transaction amounts and order history required for fulfillment. The extension does not download or execute remote code.

OrbitLister account and service data

When a user creates or uses an OrbitLister account, we may process account identifiers, workspace settings, inventory and listing workflow data, research criteria and results, connected marketplace configuration, order-management data, subscription status, support information, and security or audit events necessary to operate the service.

If a seller connects eBay, OrbitLister may store an encrypted authorization token and process listing, order, fulfillment, and tracking information needed to provide requested marketplace features. If a user chooses a supported purchasing or fulfillment integration, OrbitLister processes only the connection information and order data needed for that user-authorized integration.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve OrbitLister features, authenticate users, run requested research and listing workflows, prevent duplicate or unsafe actions, maintain service reliability, support billing, provide customer support, detect abuse or security problems, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use extension data for advertising or creditworthiness decisions.

Payments

OrbitLister subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Amazon purchases use the payment method the seller maintains with Amazon. OrbitLister may store subscription and purchase identifiers, checkout totals and transaction records needed to manage subscriptions and fulfillment, but does not store full payment-card numbers.

Sharing and service providers

OrbitLister does not sell user data. We may share or transmit limited information only when necessary to provide user-requested functionality, operate our infrastructure, process payments, connect to a marketplace or fulfillment provider, provide security and support, or comply with law. These providers may include hosting and infrastructure providers, Stripe, eBay, and integrations that a user explicitly chooses to connect, such as supported purchasing or fulfillment services.

We do not transfer user data to third parties for unrelated advertising, data-broker, lending, or creditworthiness purposes.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, meet contractual obligations, and comply with law. Workspace owners may use available account controls to delete their workspace where supported. Users may also contact OrbitLister through the support contact shown in the Chrome Web Store listing or within the OrbitLister service to request help with access or deletion.

Security

OrbitLister uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and integration data, including encryption for supported sensitive connection tokens, workspace isolation, access controls, and audit logging. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their own account credentials and connected-service access.

Children

OrbitLister is a business productivity service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Chrome extension or service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as OrbitLister changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and provide additional notice when appropriate.
