Seller responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability and fulfillment of their listings. Users must own or be authorized to sell every listed product and must have rights to use submitted images and descriptions.

Marketplace rules

Users must comply with eBay rules, applicable laws and intellectual-property rights. OrbitLister does not guarantee marketplace acceptance, sales, profit or account standing.

Subscription and credits

The Basic plan is offered at $50 for the first month and automatically renews at $75 per month until canceled. Each successfully paid subscription invoice adds 4,000 listing credits to the existing balance; unused credits roll over and stack. One credit is used only after a new eBay listing publishes successfully. Credits are service units, are not legal tender and have no cash value. Final cancellation, refund, tax and credit-expiration terms must be completed and reviewed before accepting live payments.

Service limits

Plans may limit managed products, listing attempts, stores, users and support. Automation can be delayed by marketplace availability, rate limits and required seller review.
